The College Board has changed the PSAT exam administration from a pencil-and-paper test format to a digital one. You may remember that, due to this change, Seton administered the PSAT to only juniors in October 2023. In April, the 9th and 10th graders will have the opportunity to take the PSAT 10.

There are alterations with the digital exams and the way in which they are structured. Here are a few of the modifications:
· The digital PSAT is shorter in length and is adaptive, which means the questions students answer are dependent upon their performance in the first module presented.
· Calculators are allowed for all math sections and a calculator will be provided to the student within the testing app. (Students may use their own, however.)
· Reading passages are shorter and each passage is followed by only 1 question.

Seton will administer the 2024 PSAT 10 to the 9th and 10th graders during school hours to students who have registered in advance. Registration forms must be received by Wednesday, March 27.
