Supporting Seton School
Seton depends upon the help and cooperation of parents to assist with any number of tasks and programs throughout the school year. This assistance helps to keep tuition low, while engendering school spirit and a family atmosphere.
PRO Hours Program for Parents
Welcome to the Seton School Parent Resource Organization (PRO)!
The PRO, guided by a board of volunteer parents, aims to improve the educational, spiritual, athletic, and social life of the Seton community through parental volunteerism and financial support. Parental assistance helps keep tuition low, while cultivating a safe and spirited environment for the school community.
25 volunteer hours per family per year must be served (or bought out at a rate of $15 per hour). A total end of year buyout is $375, and the obligation also can be met with a combination of service and claiming dollars spent. Money spent on ingredients for food donations or gasoline for drivers should be reported as 1 hour for every $15 spent. There are ample opportunities for parents to serve their PRO hours in both highly visible and low profile ways throughout the year. Please read the PRO Handbook and use the below links to see how and where to volunteer. Thank you!
Tracking PRO Hours Served
Each family must report PRO hours served using their own unique login on Track It Forward. New families will receive an email with login credentials at the start of the school year. Hours served should be reported as they are earned and must be completed before the end of the school year. Once the 25 hour minimum has been reported there is no need to report anymore. Questions? Need a new login? Ask the PRO Treasurer at [email protected] or the PRO President at [email protected] Thank you for volunteering at Seton School!
