Supporting Seton School
Seton depends upon the help and cooperation of parents to assist with any number of tasks and programs throughout the school year. This assistance helps to keep tuition low, while engendering school spirit and a family atmosphere.
PRO Points Program for Parents
Welcome to the Seton School Parent Resource Organization (PRO)!
The PRO, guided by a board of volunteer parents (PRO Board), aims to improve the educational, spiritual, athletic, and social life of the Seton community through parental volunteerism and financial support. Parental assistance helps keep tuition low, while cultivating a safe and spirited environment for the school community.
The PRO point system offers ample opportunities to volunteer in highly visible or low profile ways so that families can easily meet their 100 annual point requirement. Points may be earned through volunteer hours (5 points per hour), approved purchases (1 point per $2 spent), “buying out” unearned points at a rate of $2 per point, or any combination of these three options. Please use the below links to learn more about the Parent Resource Organization and to see how and where to volunteer, track, and/or confirm how you will earn your PRO points. Thank you!
Submit Earned PRO Points
Each family is responsible for submitting their earned PRO Points. All points should be recorded as soon as possible after they have been earned, and must be submitted before the end of the school year. Please submit all PRO points earned to [email protected] or fill out and submit the form below. You may claim 1 point for every $2 spent and 5 points for each volunteer hour. Thank you for volunteering at Seton School!

Additional Volunteer Opportunities
Friday Meals for Visiting Priest, Mrs. Carroll, & Mr. Westhoff and Monday Staff Cafe
The weekly Faculty/Staff Lunch Program is a longstanding tradition of hospitality at Seton. It is an opportunity to show our appreciation or those who serve our children. Each Friday a volunteer family provides a portable, meatless lunch for the priest who comes to school to celebrate Mass. In addition, this family also prepares a meatless meal for Mrs. Carroll and Mr. Westhoff.
Once each month (on Monday) a family, or combination of families provides a buffet style lunch for the faculty and staff. It is a wonderful way to thank them for all their hard work and commitment.
Please consider joining this year’s culinary team by clicking on the link below. If you are signing up for the Monday Staff Cafe then use Seton Monday as the Recipient Last Name and Lunch as the Password. If you are signing up for the Friday Lunch and Dinner then use Seton Friday a the Recipient Last Name and Lunch as the Password. Please see the flyer for more info. May God bless you!
