Cast Dinner reminder for Wednesday:
Students are responsible for bringing drinks: mini water bottles and/or individual Capri Sun juice only. No 2 liter bottles (we will not have cups) and NO sodas. Dinner and dessert will be provided.
Hair and Makeup
Please see the attachment if you need a reminder of the information on hair and makeup.
Important notes for this week; please read carefully
- It is vital that students be on time and ready for announcements/notes at the stated time. Thank you for your cooperation!
- On Monday, we will be running Act I. If you are not in Act I, it would still be very helpful for you to be there from 5-7 p.m. for notes and curtain call. However, if you live very far away or this would be a hardship for you, you do not have to come in.
- Similarly, on Tuesday, if you are not in Act II, it would be greatly appreciated if you are able to be there from 5-7 p.m. for notes and curtain call, but you are excused if this would be a hardship.
- End times are approximate. We will do our best to be done as early as possible.
- Students, bring homework! We will have rooms for you to do homework. Please do your best to budget time for homework this week. Mrs. Carroll has asked the teachers to be considerate of you this week, but please put your best effort into your school work.
- Please note that Tech Week rehearsals are closed sessions, so please don’t come in to watch. Thank you for your cooperation!
Tech Week and Performance Schedule:
Monday:
- 5:00 pm Announcements/Notes and then Warmups
- Makeup, Hair, and Costumes for Act I cast
- 5:15 Sound checks
- 6:30 Curtain Call
- 7:00 Run Act I
- End time approximately 9:30; 10:00 at the latest
- Students may leave when their scene is done and they are dismissed
Tuesday:
- 5:00 pm Announcements/Notes and then Warmups
- Makeup, Hair, and Costumes for Act II cast
- 5:15 Sound checks
- 6:30 Curtain Call
- 7:00 Run Act II
- End time approximately 9:30; 10:00 at the latest
- Students may leave when their scene is done and they are dismissed
Wednesday:
- 4:30 CAST DINNER
- 5:00 pm Announcements/Notes (while eating)
- Costumes only- no Makeup and Hair (unless needed for select people)
- 5:15 Sound checks and then Warmups
- 6:00 Curtain Call
- 6:30 Run Act I AND Act II
- End time approximately 10:00-10:30; we may be done earlier
Thursday:
- 5:00 pm Announcements/Notes
- Full dress rehearsal for all cast (Makeup, Hair, Costumes)
- 5:15 Sound checks and then Warmups
- 6:30 Curtain Call
- 7:00 Run Act I and Act II
- End time approximately 10:00-10:30; we will do our best to be done as soon as possible
Friday, April 5 7:00 p.m. Performance
- Opening night!! Be here at 5:00 for cast meeting
Saturday, April 6 7:00 p.m. Performance
- 5:00 Cast meeting
Sunday, April 7 3:00 p.m. Performance
- 1:00 Cast meeting
- Strike Group 1 starts immediately after the performance (note: strike groups will be assigned soon)
Friday, April 12 7:00 p.m. Performance

- Costumes are checked into the costume team after the show
