Rehearsal Schedule/ Important schedule change for this Wednesday

Wed. April 5
6-7 pm Rolf and Liesl
7-9 pm Retrospective choir
Saturday, April 8
9 am- 4 pm FULL CAST Please be sure to pack a lunch and bring cards, games, homework, etc. for when you are not needed on stage.
~All nuns, novices, and postulants– bring all costume pieces on Saturday as we will be adjusting them to fit properly.
~All boys playing Nazis- bring ALL of your costume pieces on Saturday (that includes belts) even if you already had them checked off so that the costume ladies can make sure they get fully accessorized. You will need to put them on for the costume ladies during your breaks.
~Do you have a dirndl we can borrow?
Someone had offered to lend us a dirndl- if that was you (or if it wasn’t you but you happen to have one we can borrow:) ), please let the costume ladies or Francine Orr know.
Did anyone take a rosary home from rehearsal on Saturday, possibly to work on at home? We are missing one of the ones that are being made for the nuns. If so, please be sure to bring it back this Saturday.
Parents- help needed with costumes again this Saturday.
Thank you to all you came out and helped last Saturday!! Once again, we are asking for volunteers to help this Saturday with accessorizing costumes- glue gun, hand sewing, etc. No experience necessary! Please come at 10 am or anytime afterwards. Many hands make light work!
Some families still have not signed up to chaperone. Every family needs to sign up to chaperone for PERFORMANCES or for TECH WEEK.
Please note: ***A friendly reminder– each family must chaperone during tech week or a performance (as well as participate in strike) in order to receive their deposit back. Any family that does not fulfill these requirements will forfeit their $50 deposit check.***
For those of you who still need to sign up, there are still open times available. Email Maryan Vander Woude (firstname.lastname@example.org) with “Musical Chaperone” in the title line with your preferred time slot. She will confirm that time slot with you.
We ALSO could use some chaperones for this Saturday April 8. We have many scenes going on and could use help keeping the students in the places that they need to be and keeping order in the various rehearsal rooms. Mrs. Erin Vander Woude would let you know what you need to do.
Note: These Saturday chaperone jobs don’t fulfill your musical chaperone requirement; however, it is fun to assist the musical team and you earn 5 PRO points per hour.
