Important clarification on rehearsal times for tonight and Thursday night:
Tonight, Wed., April 19
- There will be no rehearsal before the cast dinner at 5:00– no need to show up prior to that!
- The cast dinner will be in Faustina. Please go directly to Faustina (no need to go to the gym first)
- Boys bring drinks
- Girls bring desserts
- No makeup, hair, or costumes tonight (with the exception of the Captain who needs costumes)
5:00 p.m. – Cast dinner in Faustina
6:00 p.m. – Cast in microphones
6:30 p.m. – Run Show (cast will be in dressing rooms for the show)
Thursday, April 20 (cast will be in dressing rooms for the show) FULL DRESS REHEARSAL!!!
3:00 p.m. – Cast/Tech to be determined- Lisa will let you know the night before if you have to be here at 3 pm
4:00 p.m.** – Cast – full costumes and make up
6:00 p.m. – All cast and tech in gym – in costumes, make up and microphones
6:30 p.m. – Run Show
**Cast members do not all need to be there at 4 pm. Some take more time to do hair, makeup, etc. and some don’t need that much time. Please make sure you arrive early enough to allow yourself enough time: you must be ready to go by 6 pm.
Tickets
Debbie Wykowski will be there tonight at 5:00 pm with tickets if anyone wants to purchase tickets tonight. Tickets may also be purchased at the door at all performances.

3:30- 4:00 pm Cast members arrive, get into makeup, hair, costume
5:30 pm Must be dressed and fully ready to go on stage

11:30am – 12:00 Cast members arrive, get into makeup, hair, costume
1:30 pm Must be dressed and fully ready to go on stage
Sunday, April 30
12:00- Strike the set followed by cast party)
Help needed Costumes
Any/ all hands needed to help the costume ladies in the costume room this evening for things such as sewing on buttons. No real sewing experience needed. All hands are greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
Pop-up Tents Still Needed
We are expecting rain this weekend and really need some pop-up soccer tents. Please bring them in tonight and make sure that all pieces are labeled with your name. All tents are much appreciated! Thank you!!
